Location and access

The Budapest Congress and World Trade Center, and the Novotel Congress Budapest hotel are located in a large building complex right by the BAH junction, on the Buda side of the Hungarian capital, where the M1 and M7 freeways run into the downtown section of the city. The Danube river, the historic places of the Buda Castle district and the dowtown area on the Pest side are also easy to reach, as well as major tourist sights, including Gellert Hill.
The building complex is surrounded by a park with old chestnut trees, and the immediate neighbourhood includes a mall with several shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities.
The local public transportation system provides easy access to any part of Budapest. A tram line connects the venue with Moszkva tér (Moscow Square), where the M2 red metro line stops, also several bus lines run right to the center of town (Váci utca pedestrian street), either within a 10-minute ride. Guests arriving by cars or groups arriving by buses can also reach the venue easily from any part of the country, and can park their vehicles right near the building complex.
